Obituary of Margaret Ann Drizga
Margaret Ann (Peggy) Drizga 55 of Annandale, NJ, died of complications of cancer on Sunday March 27, 2016 at Morristown Medical Center. Born in Plainfield, NJ. She was predeceased by her parents John and Ann Drizga of Berkley Heights, NJ.
Peggy graduated from Governor Livingston High School in Berkley Heights, The College of New Jersey, Rutgers University, with degrees in English and Special Education. She earned a teaching certification in English and Handicapped Education, as well as paralegal studies. Most recently she worked at Johnson and Johnson in Raritan, NJ as a Clinical Trial Associate.
Peggy enjoyed spending time at the Jersey shore and attending flea markets. As an avid reader she collected books. She enjoyed the ballet and the arts. Peggy was an animal lover at heart and often took in rescued animals. She will be greatly missed by her cat Amy.
Peggy is survived by her sisters, Veronica Notaro, of Palmdale, CA; Andrea Zima (Danny) of Lenhartsville, PA; Brenda Mickosawich (Michael) of Hackettstown, NJ; and her nieces and nephews, Lance Zima, Brad (Jamie) Webster, Brianne Webster, Tony (Morgan) Notaro, Tori Notaro ; great niece and nephews, Carmen, Jonathan and Ashton.
A memorial gathering of friends and family will be held on Thursday March 31, 2016 from 4:00pm until 7:00pm with a reflection of life service at 6:30pm at the Martin Funeral Home, 1761 Route 31, Clinton, NJ 08809.
