We met Ann almost 25 years ago at an antiques show. She was one of the kindest, warmest people we have ever known. She never forgot a birthday or anniversary. We loved Ann and will miss her terribly.

Hello Bishop family,
I just wanted to send my deepest sorrows to the family of Mrs. Rokita. We all know death can be very hard on us, but I just wanted to share a brief thought with you. There is a wonderful thought in the Bible at John 5:28 and 29 where Jesus “Do not marvel at this, because the hour is coming in which all those in the memorial tombs will hear his voice and come out.”
This is a very sobering thought for us to know that we'll be able to see our loved ones one day here on earth.
Would you like to know how?
You can email me at jonest617@yahoo.com
or regular mail

Please be assured that this is not soliciting and is also free of charge to learn more about this hope and others just as wonderful.

I worked with Annie at AM Best back in the eighties. She was the most enjoyable person to be around. She always had a smile and lots of stories as well as many helpful hints on almost any subject. She made everyone around her feel happy and appreciated. She will be sorely missed by everyone who ever knew her. She was truly one of a kind.

Anna was so much fun, and was a familiar face at sales. She sold me a fabulous, big, white, chick breeding box, which looks like a big firewood box, and that's what I use it for. It's very "Martha Stewart." She always came to my sales, and I remember puttering around in her yard, looking at her stuff. Each day I pass by my box, and every time, I think of Anna, and of dragging the box out of her yard. I still can't believe she gave it to me for such a good price!! Anyway, it will be very odd not to see her anymore. I will miss her. She was part of our community, especially the community of antiquers, and it is a loss. Rest in Peace, Friend.

What fond memories of Anne. I met her in 1966 on my first job. She called every year on my birthday/Martin Luther King weekend. Always shared stories about our culture, families and life. Much laughter and fun...a real nice lady.

I worked at Washington Antiques for a little while and met Anne. She was a lovely woman and always had neat antiques. In fact, I purchased a small folding top desk from her which I still use. God Bless.

I met Ann at Washington Antiques and immediately bonded with her. We had a lot of great times discussing unique and wonderful antique finds. Ann always had a smile on her face and a wonderful positive attitude! I miss her very much already but will always think of her with a smile!

OUR HEARTFELTCONDOLENCES TO ANNE'S FAMILY AND FRIENDS. SHE WAS TRULY A GOOD GAL WHO ENJOYED LIFE AND THE FRUITS OF HER LABOR. WE WOULD ALWAYS ENJOY TALKING TO HER AT THE ANTIQUE SHOWS WE DID TOGETHER. I WON'T FORGET THE LAST TIME WE SAW HER AT ANTIQUE SHOW ON NOV. 29TH. SHE WAS STILL DETERMINED AND DRIVEN TO CONTINUE LIFE'S JOURNEY...MAY YOU FIND HAPPINESS IN THE AFTER LIFE AS YOU DID IN THE PRESENT. LIVE ON, THE BEST IS YET TO COME.. WITH FOND LOVE
