Obituary of Ronald A. Leone

Ronald Alphonse Leone, age 62, of Clinton Twp., NJ died Thursday, January 8, 2009 at Johns Hopkins Hospital in Baltimore, Maryland. Mr. Leone was born May 10, 1946 in the Bronx in NY. He was the son of the late Joseph D. and the late Theresa M. (nee Pellettiere) Leone. He resided in Clinton Twp., NJ for the past 17 years. He also lived in Satellite Beach Florida. Mr. Leone was Vice President of Technology for CDI Corporation in Philadelphia, PA. He graduated from Bergen Catholic High School and Manhattan College. He received his Masters Degree from the University of Arizona and completed graduate work toward his Doctorate at Stanford University and New York University.Mr. Leone was a consultant for the Electrical Engineering Department at Manhattan College where he also was a mentor for the engineering students. He was a 1963 Class Representative of Bergen Catholic Alumni Association. His hobbies included photography, running and music.He is survived by his beloved Wife: Patricia Ann (nee Van Pelt) Leone, four daughters: Tara Matthews, Amy Dages, Katie Wiggins & Megan Leone and one son: Ronald P. Leone. Additional survivors include his sister: Rosanne Scheck, his cherished Grandchildren, Taylor & Kate Matthews and Laila & Victoria Dages and his Nieces & Nephews: John O'Brien Esq., Anne Smith, Caitlin Scheck and Elizabeth & Robbie Van PeltVisiting Hours will be on Monday, January 12th from 2:00 to 4:00 & from 6:00 to 9:00 pm at the funeral home. At 8:00 pm there will be a "Time of Sharing". There will be a Funeral Mass on Tuesday, January 13th at 10:00 am at the Immaculate Conception RC Church, 316 Old Allerton Road, Annandale, NJ 08801 - #908-735-7180. Note: Family and Friends are asked to meet directly at church Tuesday morning for the Funeral Mass.Interment will follow at the Immaculate Conception Cemetery on the Church grounds.In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be in memory of Ronald A.
