I met Richie in late 2011 shortly after joining Acorn Engineering. He treated me like a friend from the beginning and reinforced that feeling ever time we met. I will always be grateful. I last spoke to him not long ago and that conversation, as did every one we ever had, reinforced his commitment to understanding, fairness and professionalism. He was an exceptional person. I will truly miss him as a co-worker and a friend.
What a loving tribute to a lovely man. Very touching indeed. I am certain his favorite name to be called was 'PopPop' because He worked hard to earn it, and it says so much about his demeanor. Death hurts so much. But the all-powerful God of the universe, Jehovah, plans to eradicate that formidable enemy of ours FOREVER
(Isaiah 25:7-8)! He will reverse its harmful effects (Hoses 13:14; Job 33:25). Life will be joyous (Psalm 37:11,29,39). JW.ORG contains more verses on that marvelous future. May you have the peace of God to sustain you (Philippians 4:6-7).
Prayers go out to the family of Rich, especially Arlene. We will miss him very much. He was such a pleasure to know and will remember all the holidays we spent together. RIP Rich.

I am thinking of you and all of your family at this sad time. Rich was well-loved by his family and friends. I know Aunt Bette and my dad thought the world of him and enjoyed time spent in his company. I hope you find comfort in the love of your family and friends near and far and wish you peace in the days and weeks ahead.

I am so sorry to hear of Rich's passing. I had the privilege of traveling and working with Rich on several occasions. He was always a pleasure to be around. I know he will be greatly missed. You are in our thoughts and prayers.
