Obituary of Katherine Lindabury Davis

Katherine “Katy” Davis, 30, of Stewartsville, NJ passed away on Friday, September 15, 2017. Katy passed peacefully in her sleep and ascended to heaven. She will eternally rest and be in her mother’s loving hands, Dawn Walker Davis.

Katy is survived by father, Ronald Davis, sister, Elizabeth Davis Savnik married to Michael Savnik, Aunt Toni, Uncle Dave, Aunt Bobbie, Grandma Pat, cousins and her beloved dog, “Winnie.” She attended Phillipsburg High School and earned an Associate’s Degree at Centenary College.  

Katy was defined by her zest for life through poetry, music, and dance.  Her smile and inner beauty could light up a room. Reading and watching a funny movie was something she always took time to do. Nature was her happy place, long walks at Merrill Creek with her animals or walking on the sandy beaches of Cape Cod.  Katy had the love for life and will light up the heavens with her inner beauty. She will never be forgotten, her spirit will radiate in the lives of her family & friends.

The Davis Family would like to welcome everyone to gather on Thursday, September 21, 2017 from 2:00 until 4:00pm & 6:00 until 8:00pm at the Martin Funeral Home, 1761 Route 31, Clinton, NJ 08809. All floral arrangements can be made by Green & Beans, Clinton NJ.  A service will be held at 11:00am on Saturday September 23, 2017 at Greenwich Presbyterian Church, Stewartsville, NJ.  May we all come together and remember our angel, Katy.
