Born and raised in Wilkes Barre, Pennsylvania, he was the son of the late Elizabeth Collett Prisk and Thomas J. Prisk, Sr. Mr. Prisk lived in Metuchen, NJ; Boston, MA; Chatham Township, NJ and Hampton, NJ before moving to Washington Township in 2003. He was a member of the Harvard Club of Boston and the Hawk Pointe Golf Club. Served on the Golf Committee and the Club's advisory Committee.
