Obituary of Cynde Ruggiero

Cynde (nee Lucas) Ruggiero, age 67, of Hampton, NJ, passed away Saturday, August 24, 2024, surrounded by loved ones in Flemington, NJ. Born August 28, 1956 in Flemington, NJ, she was daughter of Joan E. (nee Hoagland) and the late Donald C. Lucas.

Cynde was a 1974 graduate of North Hunterdon High School.  She dedicated her life as a mother and homemaker, taking care of her daughter, Ashley, and turning her historic house into a home.  Cynde was blessed with three grandchildren; Gabrielle, Wade, and Jake. She loved nothing more than spending her time with Carmen, taking day trips to local areas, and fixing up her home.

Cynde will be forever missed by her significant other, Carmen DaSilva; mother, Joan E. Lucas; sisters, Wende Lucas and boyfriend Mike Yorkavage, Valery Lucas; brothers, Randy C. Lucas, Matthew C. Lucas and girlfriend Stacey Straz; daughter, Ashley M. Bullman and husband Bradley W. Bullman; grandchildren, Gabrielle A. Bullman, Wade M. Bullman, Jake W. Bullman; niece, Marissa J. Lucas; and nephew, Cody W. Lucas.

Cynde is predeceased by her father, Donald C. Lucas; and her brother, Mark C. Lucas.

Cynde is in the care of Martin Funeral Home, located at 1761 Rt. 31 Clinton, NJ 08809.  Services will be held privately by her family.
