The passing of Dennis has been hard for me to believe. I knew he was sick, but respected his privacy. When I last saw Dennis he looked and seemed good. We sat together at a friend’s mom’s funeral. I’ve known Dennis since 3rd grade. He was always kind to me, and I always enjoyed his wonderful sense of f humor. We shared many fun times at St. Pat’s and CHS. I’m sorry for Dennis’ siblings and nieces and nephews. I know this will be a tremendous loss for your family.
Truly will be missed for sense of humor incredible competitive drive which he showed on many golf courses.Loyal friendship if you where lucky enough to know .Rest in Peace ,
Dennis was my best friend since Kindergarten at St Pat’s! We were always great friends and traveled together, played golf, hung out in high school, watched our dads play softball on the Emanons, partied and enjoyed hanging out in the barn with our friends at 37 Elmwood! Dennis has sent me a birthday and Christmas card every year - I hope I still have them! You could always tell it to was from him by his beautiful handwriting! He told me he was coming down to Charleston to play golf soon! I was looking forward to the trip! Miss him! My very sincere condolences to all the family! Rest well sweet brother!
I am so sorry to hear about Dennis. He was very dear to me in High School. All my memories of him include his laughing face. It was a blessing to have grown up with such a special guy, and to know all his wonderful, very nice siblings. Certainly, this is a tremendous loss for you all. Please be confident that you will see him on the flip side, for more of his contagious laughter. Until then, may the Lord give you peace, comfort, and big, big hugs.
