I'm deeply sorry for your loss. George and your entire family were such a big part and a best friend of Mom and Dad's life. I've been fortunate enough to enjoy a part of that. He opened his life, family and love to our family. He will be remembered in my heart as he will in yours. My deepest sympathies. Let's rejoice the goodness of Uncle George and everything he's left behind.
Best Regards,
Pete

I feel blessed to have known George White - he was a truly amazing man who has always and will always have a special place in my heart! He was a great dad to Doug and Tom and an awesome husband to Marion! Some of my best memories took place in their home in Wayne! You will be missed, Jorge Blanco

To the White family,
I don't recall ever meeting George but I grew up knowing his parents, my Great-Aunt Edith and Great-Uncle Steve. I have many memories of climbing the stairs to their upstairs home in Paterson while visiting my Grandmother, Mary Gruber-Matas. I know Aunt Edie and Uncle Steve were very proud of their son.
My thoughts are with you all during this time.

Dear Marion and the White family,
We are truly saddened by the lost of George, the finest gentleman.
George was the few neighbors we met not long after we moved in the Blue Cliff community. The moment we met him, his warm welcome made us known that we had moved into a great community. George was always ready to offer his advice; together with his excellent knowledge made him our very special neighbor and a very good friend.
You lost a loving and beloved husband, a kind father and a great grandpa; and we lost a dearest friend. The few words here are vastly inadequate to describe our feeling towards him. But we are trying to let known that we are among the many people deeply impressed and touched by him. The witty George with a big smile will be stay in our hearts.
With our deepest sympathy,
Nick, Ming, Patrick and Richard

Dear Marion and Family, My sincere condolences on George's passing. I had not seen you and George in quite a while but I always enjoyed it when I did.We kind of followed each other going to St. John's, Seton Hall, St. Mary's of Pompton Lakes and even Fox Hollow. I remember George as always being a fine gentleman with whom I enjoyed playing ball at St. John's and SHU. My prayers will be with him and your family. Ross

I worked 25 years with George and he was a mentor to me and many others. Although he may be gone, a part of him lives on with all the people he touched. He will be missed.

My husband, Angelo, and I will always remember the nice luncheons/visits we enjoyed with George and Marion. Though we had not the pleasure of knowing him intimately during our younger years, we certainly cherish the memories we have since our friendship began to blossom. Like all good things, it ended too soon. May he now reap the rewards of his terrific personna.
