Obituary of Mary Zamkotowicz

Mary A. Zamkotowicz died peacefully in her sleep on Thursday, June 2, 2022, after a long battle with COPD. Mary was a fun-loving spirited individual with a passion for gardening, cooking and cats. She enjoyed playing softball and volleyball, as well as entertaining her friends and family down the shore. She is known for her beautiful flowers, vegetables from her garden, delicious cuisine (pierogies and "long cookies", in particular), and fondness for cats.

Mary is survived by her husband, Lynn Shallcross and two grandchildren, Nick and Reese Shallcross, who fondly called her "Gram-mary." In honor of her wishes, no service or memorial will be held. Her memory will be near and dear to our hearts and she will be missed.
