Obituary of Jamie S. Gable

Jamie S. Gable, age 60, of Clinton Twp., NJ died Tuesday, January 18, 2011 at her daughter's home in Holland Twp., NJ. Mrs. Gable was born October 5, 1950 in Reading, Pa., the daughter of Russel and the late Jane (Risheill) Guensch. She resided in Clinton Twp., NJ for the past 23 years and previous to that, she lived in Doylestown, Pa. and Reading, Pa. Jamie was a graduate of Albright College and she enjoyed spending time with her family. She was a Licensed Social Worker employed by the Division of Youth & Family Services in Warren County, NJ. She is survived by her daughter, Heather L. Sorge & her husband, Ed of Milford, NJ and her son, Brian P. Gable MD & his wife, Carla of Somerset, NJ, her cherished grandchildren; Anastasia, Nichole, Mason & Brett, her father Russel S. Guensch and her brother, Gregory Guensch and his wife Carin of California. She was pre-deceased by her loving & caring husband, Frederick W. in 2007, her mother Jane Guensch and her brother, Rusty Guensch who died in early childhood. There will be a Memorial Gathering on Tuesday, January 25th from 6:00 to 8:00 pm at Martin Funeral Home, 1761 Route 31, Clinton, NJ. There will be a Memorial Service offered on Wednesday morning, January 26th at 10:00 am also at the Funeral Home. Memorials may be made to Hunterdon Hospice, 2100 Wescott Drive, Flemington, NJ 08822.
