Obituary of Linda Ferguson Windeler

Linda Ferguson Windeler Linda Windeler, age 47, passed away at home on October 15, 2009. She was born in Somers Point, NJ on October 17, 1961. She has lived in Clinton Township for the past eleven years. Linda was salutatorian of the class of 1980 at Mainland Regional High School in Linwood, NJ. She obtained a Bachelor's degree (cum laude) from Bucknell University in 1984 and a PhD (cum laude) in statistics from UCLA in 1991. In high school, Linda was president of the student council and accumulated 10 varsity letters in basketball, field hockey and softball. Linda loved to travel and enjoyed outdoor sports. One of her favorite adventures was a self planned 500 mile bicycle ride from Oregon to San Francisco. She is survived by her husband, Robert; two sons, Gregory (age 10) and John (age 8); her mother, Beverly Ferguson; her brother, Glenn Ferguson and his wife Gerri; her sister, Gail Treen and her husband Gary; her brother, Larry Ferguson and his wife Beth. She is also survived by ten nephews and four nieces. She was predeceased by her father Alan Ferguson. There will be a memorial on Tuesday October 20th from 6:00-7:30 p.m. at the Martin Funeral Home, 1761 Highway 31 in Clinton, NJ 08809. A Celebration of Life will follow at 7:30.
