Margaret, you were always there for me. I keep thinking of e-mails or cards to send you. I try to reach in the a.m. when I walk my Princess and say my prayers. I know you are with me--my new guardian angel. Love, Elaine

How could I ever begin to talk about the wonderful memories I have with Margaret. She was more than a co-worker and friend to me.
She was always the light in the darkness; the person who taught me that "time and patience" takes care of everything. Margaret always put everyone else first. She loved her children and grandchildren more than anything in the world. And each time I asked her about her life, she said she wouldn't change a thing because then she wouldn't have the four beautiful children she had.
I can't even imagine my life without Margaret. Just yesterday I got an e-mail and I had to stop myself from sending it to her. I know she would have liked it.
She was not only kind to me, but to my dad and sat with him in the hospital while I had surgery. We would always meet for lunch and solve the problems of the world and then head in our appropriate direction on Route 1.
She was the most loving and kind person. She always had a smile for everyone. I remember our trip to Cape Cod; our laughs in North Hall; our many, many lunches; and the many confidences that we shared. As I look at her gorgeous picture I could just cry. Why did God take this beautiful woman with the award winning smile away from us who love her so dearly?
"Time and patience" will give me the answer.

My Mom (Bess Birdsall Marciniac) and I knew Margaret very well from our long working association at Middlesex County College. Many's the time we would see her walking the campus looking for birds. She was a wonderful lady. We were very sorry to hear of her passing. Since I live near Clinton, I'll think of her whenever I pass by Evergreen.

Mom,
This was a note that you read everytime you came to the our house.
"REMEMBERED JOY"
Don't grieve for me, for now I'm Free! I follow the plan that God laid for me.
I saw his face, I heard His call, I took his hand and left it all...
I could not stay another day, to love, to laugh, to work or play;
Tasks left undone must stay that way. A friendship shared, a laugh, a kiss... Ah yes, these things I, too shall miss. And if my parting has left a void, then fill it with REMEMBERED JOY...
My life's been full, I've savored much: Good Times, good friends, a loved one's touch. Perhaps my time seemed all too brief - don't shorten yours with undue grief...
Be not burdened with tears of sorrow. Enjoy the sunshine of the morrow..
Love Johnny
