Elaine was always such a sweet person. Though we did not see each other except for class reunions, we knew her to be a very nice person. I'm sure she will be missed so very much by her family and friends. Our hearts go out to Bill and the family.

Dear Bill and family,Wilma and Bobbi,
I am deeply saddened by Elaine's death. She was very significant to my childhood years, and I am so thankful for such a special friendship. Not only did we go to school and church together but she was often a part of our family. Some of my fondest memories include the "sister" dresses my mom made for us, the noodles we made with "Mommy Beam",the overnights we spent at my grandparents and the week our families vacationed together at the shore.
I apologize for not being able to attend the memorial service today, but we had a prior responsibility.
My thoughts and prayers will be with all of you in the days ahead. I feel so blessed to have shared in Elaine's life.

I have lots of memories of Aunt Elaine. Coming to my parents house when we were going up for Labor Day picnic's. Staying over night with the campers. Going to the camp ground near Knoebels. Anytime there's a family gathering she and Uncle Bill always on the dance floor tearing it up.

I personally never got to meet Elaine, but I do know her son Bill pretty well. I could only imagine what type of person she must have been because she raised a great son. If his actions, personality and friendliness reflect a small portion of who she was, she must have been truly amazing. My thoughts and prayers are with Bill and his family. Keep the memories in your heart forever.

My mom was such a caring and wonderful person and I am the luckiest girl on earth that she was my mom. I am very fortunate to have so many wonderful memories tucked away and if I were to go through them all it would take me the rest of my life. I will miss seeing her smiling face and hearing her voice but I will carry her in my heart for awlays so she will be with me forever. Our family was very blessed to have her as ours. I will love you forever Mommy.

I worked with Elaine for 23 years in the same dept. at Mountainview Youth Corr. Facility. We became instant friends and sidekicks and continued our friendship after she retired in 2005. Elaine was one of the nicest person you could ever hope to meet. Everybody liked Elaine. You couldn't help it. She would do anything for anybody who asked. Becoming such good friends at work, I was able to meet her wonderful family, Bill, Billy, Lisa and Scott and her Mother Wilma and Sister Bobbi. In turn, my husband Ray, became friends with Elaine & Bill and we had some great conversations together and a fun camping trip. I may have lost my dear friend, but the memories of the times that we spent together will forever be in my heart. Lainy, you fought it to the very end, but now it is time for you to rest in peace and may God give your family the stength to carry on.
All Our Love,
Ray & Carol

We were fortunate enough to work with Elaine for most of the 25 years. Words simply cannot express how much she will be missed. Elaine was truly one of the very special people that we feel blessed to have known. She was kind, and sweet and never once did she complain. She fought corageously throughout her battle. Rest in peace Elaine.
