Obituary of Lucy A. Archipoli

Lucy A. Archipoli, age 88, of Franklin Township, NJ passed away on Tuesday, November 4, 2008. Mrs. Archipoli was born June 25, 1920 in Brooklyn, NJ. She was the daughter of the late Vito and Civita (Bosso) DiSpigno. She has been living in Franklin Twp., NJ for the past three years. She was previously from Piscataway, NJ and Brooklyn, NY., and in her earlier years was employed by Sears and Roebuck as a Telephone Operator. Mrs. Archipoli was baptized in the summer of 1958 as one of Jehovah's Witnesses. Her hobbies included knitting and painting and she was also a great cook. She is survived by her husband of 62 yrs.: William J. Archipoli of Franklin Twp., NJ; her daughter: Laura Tilrico of Georgetown, Texas and her son: William Archipoli Jr. of Franklin Township, NJ; Her two sisters: Clem DiSpigno and Josephine Continanza; her grandchildren, David LeBoss Jeffrey LeBoss, Michael W. Tilrico, Gregory Archipoli, Jeremy Archipoli, Danee Woods, Jesse Caracappa, and Amy Quebeck. She also survived by 9 great-grandchildren.She was predeceased by her daughter, Ann Caracappa, and her sisters, Yolanda Baudille and Connie DiSpigno. Visiting hours will be Wednesday, November 5th from 7:00pm-9:00pm and on Thursday November 6th from 3:00pm-5:00pm and 7:00pm-9:00pm at Martin Funeral Home, 1761 Route 31, Clinton, NJ. The funeral service will be Friday, November 7th at 10:00am at the funeral home followed by the burial.
