Obituary of John "Jack" Fellin
John "Jack" Fellin, age 64, of Glen Gardner, NJ died Thursday, March 6, 2008 at home. Mr. Fellin was born March 31, 1943 in Brandonville, Pa. the son of the late Simon and the late Mary (nee Cavnaugh) Fellin. He served in the United States Air Force from 1961 to 1965.
He worked for Ford Motor Company as an Electrician for more that 40 years. Mr. Fellin resided in Glen Gardner, NJ for the past 38 years. Jack was an avid sportsman and enjoyed Hunting, Fishing and Gardening. He and his Grand Dog" -Bailey could often be seen walking around the Spruce Run Reservoir. He was a member of Member of the United Auto Workers Local Union #980 and the Brotherhood of Electrical Workers.
He is survived by his beloved Wife of 40 years: Catherine (nee Krutz), his Daughter: Kristina E. Fellin of Lawrenceville, NJ, his Sons: John A. Fellin of Austin, TX and Michael J. Fellin & his Fiance, Kalli Harrison of Glen Gardner, NJ. Additional survivors include; his Brother, Carl Fellin of Florida, his Cousin, Joyce Dermyer of Maryland and his cherished Nieces, Nephews, Grand Nieces and Grand Nephews. He was pre-deceased by his Sister, Virginia in 2002 and his parents.
There will be a Memorial Mass on Saturday, March 15th at 10:00 am at St. Ann's Catholic Church in Hampton, NJ - #908-537-2221. In addition, there will be another Memorial Mass held on Tuesday, March 11th at St. Mary's Catholic Church in Ringtown, Pa.
