Obituary of Miles Choc Jr.

Miles "Gerry" Choc Jr., age 58, of Bethlehem Twp. passed away on Wednesday, December 19, 2007 at Morristown Memorial Hospital in Morristown, NJ. Gerry was born August 20, 1949 and was the son of the late Miles and the late Dorothy (Bently) Choc Sr. Mr. Choc was a Senior Director for the Sanofi-Aventis Pharmaceuticals in Bridgewater, NJ. He has been living in Bethlehem Twp., for the past 12 yrs. He was previously of Morristown, Basking Ridge and Maplewood, NJ. Gerry was a member of the Clinton United Methodist Church where he was leader of the Praise Band. He wrote Christian music, enjoyed playing guitar and playing golf. He was also a member of Skylands Walk to Emmaus. He is survived by his beloved wife of 33 years: Charlene(Stauffer)Choc of Bethlehem Twp., his two loving daughters: Gerilyn Rodgers of Cranford, NJ, and Andrea Choc of Califon, NJ; his loving granddaughter: Evelyn Choc. He is also survived by his brother: Charles E. Choc of Georgia. Visiting hours will be Friday, December 21 from 6:00pm to 8:00pm at the Martin Funeral Home, 1761 Rt 31 in Clinton. In addition: The Clinton United Methodist Church will be offering a time for prayers and receiving from 9:00 am until 10:30 am on Friday Morning, December 21st at the Church. There will be a Memorial Service held on Saturday at 10:00 am at the Clinton United Methodist Church, 12 Halstead Street in Clinton.
