Obituary of Marie E. DeFuccio

Marie E. DeFuccio, nee Flotteron, 92, of Frenchtown, NJ passed away at home on Oct 14, 2021. Marie was born in Brooklyn, NY, on October 28, 1928 to James Flotteron and Cecilia (Cristini) Flotteron.  She was a long term resident of Brooklyn, before moving to Hunterdon County in the 1987 to be near her family.  She attended New Utrecht HS in Brooklyn and worked in NYC early in her life.  Marie was known for her style and gourmet cooking.  She enjoyed decorating, cooking, entertaining and reading.

Marie was predeceased by her beloved husband Richard DeFuccio, to whom she was married to for 63 years.  She is survived by her son and daughter in law, Richard J DeFuccio and Kerry Cahill of Alexandria Twp, grandchildren,  Corey DeFuccio and Willoe DeFuccio,  brother and sister in law,  James and Joan Flotteron of Clinton,  brother in Law and sister in law, Robert and Sally DeFuccio.  She was predeceased by her brother, Robert Flotteron.  Nieces, Donna Flotteron Cahill, Mary Ann DeFuccio Ruffrano, Kate, Elisa and Simone DeFuccio.

Relatives and friends may gather with the family on Monday October 18^th, from 2:00 pm until 4:00 pm at the Martin Funeral Home, 1761 Route 31, Clinton NJ 08809.
