Dear Bob and Family,
I was so very saddened to learn of Alyce's passing. My heart goes out to you, as you cope with this tremendous loss. Hers was certainly the epitome of a life well-lived--a loving wife, mother, grandmother and daughter, who also managed to achieve the pinnacle of success professionally. She will live on in the hearts of her loved ones and friends, as well as in her professional legacy. Rest in peace, dear Alyce.
My deepest condolences to Alyce's family in their time of loss. Alyce was a remarkable educator and I had the honor of working with Alyce during her tenure at West Morris Regional. May she rest in peace and may her family celebrate together with fond and loving memories.

The GGWC Book Club will sorely miss the beautiful reading choices and thoughtful discussion that Alyce's leadership brought to our meetings. We were lucky to have had her beautiful spirit in our group.
It was fate that brought me into Alyce's life when we rekindled at Centenary University as I started my graduate studies in 2012. She knew more about me at a time in my life where I knew so little about myself. She mentored me and guided me as a human being; she motivated me to find the courage to believe in myself as an educator, which became the most important lesson I needed. I will forever be grateful for all the times we shared and the memories my wife and I made with her (a thesis paper, our wedding, and most commonly, conversations about family and life shared over lunch). Be strong for one another, cherish the memories, and recognize all the lessons and guidance Alyce selflessly shared with so many people around her. We are keeping the family in our thoughts and prayers.
