Wayne was one of the few people I truly enjoyed playing volleyball with over the years! When he walked into a gym, you knew you were in for a few good laughs that evening! He had a unique energy - both positive and silly at the same time; that energy will be missed dearly. My heart aches for Wayne's family.
So sorry to hear about Wayne - he was a great guy - on the volleyball court, he would hit a spike a ball into the net after a four-inch vertical leap harder than anyone I knew, mumbling / cursing to himself - will miss him...
Callen, I’m so sorry to hear of the passing of your father. He sounds like he was a wonderful person. I’m sure you will treasure the memories you have of him. My condolences to you and your family.
With sincere sympathy,
Marie Bridge
Wayne was a genuine, good spirit without a mean bone in his body. His highlight video playing volleyball and tennis will show lots of misses. Sometimes they were the best part. Playing tennis with him going to pick up tennis balls, he would walk so slow like a turtle. When it was time to play he became so competitive and we would hit for hours. Life is short and not fair. God bless you Wayne! To his family, I am so sorry for your loss.
