Obituary of Grace Margaret Best

Grace Margaret Best, age 92, of Lebanon Township, NJ, passed peacefully at her home on Wednesday, February 10, 2021 surrounded by her beloved family. Grace was born September 27, 1928 in Brooklyn, NY. She is the daughter of the late Andrew and Anna (Galvin) Maguire. Her beloved husband Lawrence F. Best Sr. predeceased her in 2009.

Grace enjoyed painting, needlepoint, sewing, crocheting and knitting. She was also an avid Mahjong player. Most of all Grace loved being with her family.

She is survived by her loving daughter: Judith Bilicki and her husband Walter Jr; son: Lawrence F. Best Jr. and his wife Debra; grandchildren, Krista Best, Kevin Bilicki, Laura DeSantis and her husband Tino; also surviving are her great grandchildren, Jake, Levi, Antonio, Gabriella and Gianna.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:00 am on Saturday, February 20 at Saint John Neuman Catholic Church, 398 County Road 513, Califon, NJ. Inurnment will be held in the Brigadier General William C. Doyle Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Wrightstown, NJ on Monday, February 22 at 12:30pm.
