We are sorry to hear of Roy's passing. I had the honor and privilege of working with Roy on the Califoni municipal council. Roy met issues and problems with humor and with integrity. I am grateful that I was able to get to know Roy. He was a good and fine man.
So many memories of your father. Husband, father, mayor and an overall amazing man. I am blessed to have known him and been blessed to know his family.
Dick and I want to thank Roy for the many years he served as President of the Briar Hill Water Company. It was our good fortune that Emily and Roy became our neighbors and we got to meet their terrific family .
We are also grateful that Roy is free from pain and enjoying the pleasures of heaven. He will be greatly missed by his friends, family and loving dog, Samson.
