Obituary of Anel Martinez

Anel Martinez, age 51, of Washington Township, NJ, passed peacefully on Monday, December 30, 2019 at the Hackettstown Medical Center. Anel was born October 26, 1968 in Orange, NJ. She is the daughter of Reinaldo and Isolina (Irizarry) Martinez. Anel is survived by her beloved children, Steven and Lucas Mesaros; brothers Rinaldo and Jason Martinez; and her uncle, Juan Antonio Martinez. She also leaves behind over a dozen cousins throughout New Jersey, Florida, Puerto Rico and beyond. Relatives and friends may gather with the family on Saturday, January 4, 2020 from 2:00 p.m. until 4:00 p.m. at the Martin Funeral Home, 1761 Route 31, Clinton, NJ 08809. Words of remembrance will be offered at 3:00 p.m. during the visitation. Cremation will follow all services privately.
