Obituary of Eleanor Thran

Eleanor Thran, age 93, of Union Twp., NJ died Monday, April 16, 2007 at Country Arch Care Center, Union Twp., NJ. Ms. Thran was born January 24, 1914 in Irvington, NJ the daughter of the late Charles H. and the late Caroline W.E.(nee Feller) Thran. She was a parishioner of Immaculate Conception RC Church in Annandale, NJ and she also served as an organist and choir director. Eleanor was a longtime resident of Hunterdon County. She was employed by First Union Bank for many years.. She was pre-deceased by her Sister: Carolyn Griffin in 2004. There are no immediate survivors. Visiting Hours will be on Wednesday, April 18th from 9:00 am to 10:00 am at the Funeral Home. There will be a Catholic Blessing also on Wednesday, April 18th at 10:00 at the Funeral Home. Burial will be in the Old St. Marys Cemetery aka = Immaculate Conception Cemetery on Halstead St. in Clinton, NJ.
