Obituary of Lois Komssi-Horvath

Lois Komssi-Horvath, age 60, of High Bridge passed away on Wednesday, November 15, 2006 at the Hunterdon Medical Center in Flemington, surrounded by her family and friends of the Medical Center. Lois was born January 14, 1946 in Plainfield, NJ . She was the daughter of the late Reino and the late Florence (Senna) Komssi. She has been living in High Bridge for the past 34 years. She was previously from Middlesex. Lois was a Registered Nurse who has been working at the Hunterdon Medical Center for over 32 years. She previously worked at the Princeton Medical Center and the Somerset Medical Center. She received her LPN from Princeton and her RN from Raritan College. Lois worked at the Round Valley Branch YMCA. She was also a volunteer for many charities and organizations in Hunterdon County. She was a member of the Sitzmark Ski Club in Flemington. She was an avid all around outdoor enthusiast, enjoying many activities among them: skiing, horseback riding, running and motorcycling. She is survived by her loving daughter: Tami L. Horvath of Philadelphia, PA. Her two brothers: John Komssi of Ringoes, NJ, Walter Komssi of Old Town, FLA Her Fiance:Thomas Bender of Clinton, NJ. She also leaves behind neices, nephews and many friends. Visiting hours will be Saturday, Novmber 18th from 2:00 to 4:00 pm & again from 7:00 to 9:00 pm at Martin Funeral Home, 1761 Route 31, Clinton, NJ.
