Obituary of Janice M. Holt

Janice Margaret Holt, age 59, of Stewartsville, NJ died Sunday, July 24, 2005 at Hunterdon Medical Center in Raritan Township, NJ Mrs. Holt was born December 30, 1945 in Brooklyn, NY the daughter of the late Felix and the late Alvera (Willert) McCarroll. She was a Homemaker and a devoted Mother to her two Sons. She resided in Stewartsville, NJ for the past 12 years and previous to that she lived in Lenexa, Kansas. Mrs. Holt was past president of the Greenwich Hunt Investment Club in Greenwich Twp., NJ. In 1988, she received the key to the city of Lenexa, Kansas for her charitable fund raising. She was a member of the Lenexa Historical Society. Janice enjoyed gardening, cooking and drawing, from Egyptology to current events science, art She loved knowledge, she loved life. She is survived by her Husband of 37 years: Thomas Holt and two Sons: Scott Thomas Holt & his Wife, Rebecca of Kansas City, KS and Bradford James Holt of California. Mrs. Holt is also survived by her Sisters; Joan DeFontes of Florida and Evelyn Petralia of Long Island, NY, her Grandchildren, Mallory & Maggie and 3 Nieces & 3 Nephews The Visitation will take place on Wednesday, July 27th from 7:00 to 9:00 pm and Thursday, July 28th from 2:00 to 4:00 pm & from 7:00 to 9:00 pm at Martin Funeral Home, 1761 Route 31, Clinton, NJ. There will be a Catholic Blessing on Friday, July 29th at 10:00 am at Martin Funeral Home. The Entombment will take place at St. Magdalen Mausoleum, 94 North Main Street, Flemington, NJ.
