Obituary of Walter Stephen Gonsiewski

Walter Stephen Gonsiewski, age 37, of Lebanon Township died Thursday, July 27th at home. Walter was born February 24, 1969 in Bayonne, NJ the son of Walter and Marion (nee Sudimack). He Graduated St. Peters Prep School and later Graduated Cook College, Rutgers University where he received a BS Degree in Biology. Mr. Gonsiewski was employed by Tekni-Plex in Flemington, NJ as a Plant Manager. He resided in Lebanon Twp., NJ for the past 3 years and previous to that, he lived in North Brunswick, NJ. He was the Head Altar Server Advisor, Usher and active Parishioner at St. Theodore Roman Catholic Church. Walter was a Lifetime Member of the NRA and an avid Sportsman who enjoyed Fishing, Camping & Hiking. He is survived by his Beloved Wife of 12 years: Tina (nee Walsh) Gonsiewski, his cherished Children: Walter(12), William(10)& Stephanie(5), his Mother: Marion Pennise (nee Sudimack) & Step-Father: Salvatore of Whiting, NJ, his Father: Walter Gonsiewski & Step-Mother: Kathleen of Jackson, NJ, and his Sisters: Debra Gonsiewski of Thompson Ridge, NY & Denise Gonsiewski of Franklin Park, NJ. Visiting hours will be on Wednesday, August 2nd from 2:00 to 4:00 pm & from 7:00 to 9:00 pm at Martin Funeral Home, 1761 Route 31, Clinton, NJ. There will be a Funeral Mass on Thursday, August 3rd at 11:00 am at St. Theodore Roman Catholic Church, Route 57, Port Murray, NJ 07856 www.sttheodorenj.org. The Funeral Home will open at 8:30 am on Thursday, August 3rd for additional visitation time. The Burial will be in Lower Valley Cemetery, Route 513, Califon, NJ following the Mass.
