Obituary of Henry Dabkowski

Henry Dabkowski, age 84, of Glen Gardner, NJ died Monday, October 6, 2014 at home. Henry was born April 2, 1930 in Glen Gardner. He was the son of the late John and the late Anna (Depner) Dabkowski. He was employed by Vianini Pipe Inc in Whitehouse NJ for over twenty years. Henry was a life member of the Glen Gardner VFW, a twenty year US Navy Veteran and a Korean War Veteran. Also he was an avid fisherman and hunter and loved spending time with family and friends in Richmond Virginia watching softball games. Henry was loved by all who knew him. Henry was predeceased by his wife Dorothy (nee Hornbaker) Dabkowski in February of 1997. He is survived by one daughter: Dale Conyers of Naples, FLA and three sons: Randall and His Wife Rebecca Dabkowski of Asbury, NJ, Joseph And His Wife Tina Dabkowski of Flemington, NJ and Edmund W. Blehl of Allamuchy; he is also survived by his brother, Joseph and his wife Bernice Dabkowski of Washington, NJ; grandchildren, John and Stephen Blehl, Heather, Heidi, Rachael, Christopher and Danielle and one great grandchild, Natalie. The Visitation will take place Thursday, October 9th from 4:00 to 7:00 pm at the Martin Funeral Home, 1761 Route 31, Clinton, NJ. There will be a funeral service held at 10:00 am on Friday, October 10 at the Funeral Home. The Interment will be held on Friday, October 10 at Evergreen Cemetery in Clinton, NJ.
