Obituary of Matthew W Magaleski

Matthew W. Magaleski, age 26, of Flemington NJ, formerly of Pittstown, lost his battle with addiction on Friday, August 23, 2019 at his home.  Matthew was born June 24, 1993 at the Hunterdon Medical Center. He is the son of Kevin and Kathryn (Scheper ) Magaleski.  

A graduate of North Hunterdon High School class of 2011, Matthew has been employed as an arborist with the Bartlett Tree Experts for the past year. He was a true outdoorsman and loved to fish, he also did competive tree climbing. Matt also loved to draw and was an amature photographer.  

He is survived by his loving and devoted parents Kevin and Kathryn  (Scheper) Magaleski; brother and sister, Michael and Caitlyn Magaleski; Aunts, Jill Lambert and husband Dan; Chris Scheper; Karen Mazerolle and husband Dave; Debbie Orrico and husband Dave; Uncle, Gerry Magaleski; Grandparents, Regina and Gerald Magaleski of PA and Mary Scheper of Delaware. Also surviving are many cousins and the family cats Callie and Riley.

Friends and relatives may visit with the family on Wednesday August 28, 2019 from 4:00 pm until 8:00 pm at the Martin Funeral Home 1761 Route 31, Clinton NJ 08809. A service of remembrance will start at 8:00 pm on Wednesday. Cremation will be held privately on Thursday morning.
