I am very late in reading this. Mrs. Frazee was my home economics teacher from the 1973-74 school year to the 1976-77 school year at High Bridge Middle School. She made such an important impact on my life - I still prepare one or two of her recipes (and I'm 61!) and she was the one who inspired me to sew, which I continue to do even now. She was a teacher who cared for her students and I respected her dearly..
Mrs. Frazee was my fifth grade teacher when I attended Franklin Township School. I recall her being very fair and kind to all. I would to extend my sincere sympathy to all the family. May she rest in peace.

Helen was a vital member, officer and participant in The Woman's Club of Clinton. Her wisdom, enthusiasm, dedication and friendship will be missed by all.
HELEN WAS A MENTOR AND A FRIEND WHEN I STARTED WITH SENIOR HEALTH SERVICES. WE WORKED TOGETHER FOR A LONG TIME. SHE WAS A DEDICATED HEALTHY BONES LEADER AND MOST EFFICIENT VOLUNTEER FOR HEALTH SCREENINGS. VERY SPECIAL LADY.
