Your Beekeeper, George Schaefer posted a condolence
Dear Tom,
You will be greatly missed! I knew you practically my whole life and I will miss seeing you when I tend the bees on your property. I will remember our conversations, including the Mets, our favorite team. Mom and Dad will miss you too.
Love always, George, Heidi and the Schaefer Family

My parents are the late Frank & Anne Delikat. When I was growing up in Franklin Township we lived on Route 579, now termed Croton Road. Tom was our mailman. Getting the mail was one of my favorite things to do. Oftentimes I would wait till I saw the mailtruck coming down the road. I would time my walk to the mailbox so I could have a chance to share a word or two with Tom. He was a special person filled with God's love. May he now rest in peace.

Tom was a good soul and we'll miss him very much. I used to bake him cookies and treats and I think, I hope, he liked that. We used to talk horses and everytime I'd ride by I'd always wave to him. Our horse conversations made him very happy. We'll miss Tom very much and he was a good man and neighbor.

Dear Tom-
I will never forget our trips out to Cabela's. My dining room table will not be the same without you being there, even if you didn't like the cooking! HaHa!! May you rest in peace, my friend. I will miss your incredible strength and spirit.
Love you- Bob

Tommy - Thank you for the caring, kindness, and friendship that you showed to my dad. He was very fond off all the visits and looked forward to you daily calls. You were such a pleasure to have our life and I miss you more than you can imagine! My greatest memory was seeing the enjoyment on your face the day of my wedding. I love you and look forward to seeing you again when the time comes.

Our Dearest Tommy,
It has only been 2days since we last heard your voice. We already miss the many daily phone calls. We enjoyed all the time with you remembering the good ole days and watching nature from your window or the garage. ( the deer, the turkeys, the fox and your " darned old squirrels".)We enjoyed taking you for all your rides to the familiar places you wanted to revisit. We are deeply saddened that your planned trip to N.C. in June, will never come to be. We loved the times you would talk about a food your mother used to make for you and we would come home and find a recipe that sounded like what you were telling us and make it for you the next day. Your response was always, "How did you do that, it's just like I remembered". Yes, Tommy we will truly miss you and think of you every day.
Love Always and Forever,
Dottie and Donnie
